Welcome to photos.kellisfamily.org. This is a private photo sharing site operated by Spencer Kellis for close friends and family. By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Access

This site is invitation-only. Access is granted at the discretion of the site administrator. Your account may be suspended or removed at any time.

Acceptable Use

This site is intended for sharing family photos and memories. You agree to:

  • Only upload photos you have the right to share
  • Respect the privacy of others depicted in photos
  • Not share your login credentials with others
  • Not attempt to access collections or photos you haven't been granted access to
  • Keep comments respectful and appropriate

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant the site administrator a license to store, display, and create derivative versions (thumbnails, web-optimized versions) for the purpose of operating this site.

You can delete your photos at any time, which will remove them from the site.

Google Photos Import

If you import photos from Google Photos:

  • You confirm you have the right to share those photos
  • Photos are copied to this site's storage and become independent of Google Photos
  • You can delete imported photos from this site at any time

Privacy of Shared Content

Photos and collections on this site are private and only visible to invited members. Please respect this privacy:

  • Do not share direct links to photos with people outside this site
  • Do not download and redistribute photos without permission from the uploader
  • Do not screenshot or copy photos to share publicly

No Warranty

This site is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use. While reasonable efforts are made to keep the site running and data secure, no guarantees are made regarding:

  • Continuous availability of the service
  • Preservation of uploaded content (please keep your own backups)
  • Freedom from bugs or errors

Limitation of Liability

This is a free service provided for friends and family. The site operator is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site, including but not limited to data loss or unauthorized access to your photos.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
